Clinical Psychologist

· As a clinical psychologist under a multidisciplinary team, I provide assessment interviews, psychometric tests and therapeutic interventions according to the clients needs. I have a speciality anxiety disorder, mood disorders, eating disorders and obsessive compulsive disorders on adolescent and adult populations with the cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy techniques.

· Organising activities such as “I recognise and aware of my emotions” in order to enhance children’s emotional, behavioural, and social development. I then produced reports about children’s psychosocial situations during their nursery routines in order to allow the parents to follow children’s development.

· The work including consultations with parents in order to discuss the development and emotional state of the children.

· I conducted educational seminars in relation to basic child development. This educated parents and carers to act appropriately based on the individual needs of the child.

· Assisting of Clinical Psychologist Orhan Gümüşel. He’s specialized on addiction, learning disabilities, stress management, anxiety, depression issues among adolescents. He carries out studies on clinical application, setup and operation of the computer based cognitive rehabilitation systems.

· Performed pre interview checks for the clients and psychological tests such as MMPI, Beck Anxiety, Beck Depression scale.

· Successfully organised meetings and conferences.
